I was Born in Milan 1975 and I had my studies in Milan @ Scuola civica del cinema.

Since i was young I’m fascinated for photos and pictures. I’ve known that i wanted to make movies. Years later i became a director of photography. My job is to tell a story with moving images, using light and composition to build characters, sensations and feelings.

I try to have the same approach every time I’m framing to express something with the image, either a story or just an impression. i attempt to understand place, people and history while i’m shooting. As a result, the picture may portrait a little more than a frozen moment.
